After much searching and praying, the Lord dropped the perfect house into our laps! Brian and I ended up looking at a place the second day it was on the market and buying it the third day - much to the sadness of the two other people that were trying to get their offers in... It is exactly what we have been praying for! We wanted a duplex for the rental income - and longterm investment purposes, and we wanted something that was nice enough for us to want to live in for at least 3-5 years:) All that within our price range - it was seeming to be an impossible task! However, God is faithful and taught me yet another lesson on patience... The house we bought has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the front (with a fireplace and hardwood floors:)) and a nice little 2 bedroom 1 bathroom place in the back. We also have a garage - for the crazy winters here in Missoula!:) We are excited about this place, but will have to be patient as we are giving the current renters of the front 60 days to move out. So, here are a few pictures of the place as it looks right now... It will be so much fun to get settled in and make it OUR home!:)

Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! I cannot believe I'm actually writing, but I was doing a vain google search on my name, "Kennetta," and came across your blog. In just browsing through your blog I was struck by some of the similarities between our lives; but most of all I'm am heartened by the very palpable love of God that seems to be at the center of your life. There are not many Kennettas out there and I'm sure there are not many who were born in 1979 and married to wonderful divine partners whose first names start with "B" (my hubby's name is Brandon!). Perhaps one day we'll meet, but in the meantime, relish in the beauty of God's perfect destiny for your life!
