This year we were able to do something really special for my birthday. We caught a new flight from Missoula to Oakland for a bithday week in warm California. We drove an hour or so to stop by and visit Brian's grandma, aunt, dad, and Hannah for a nice birthday dinner complete with my favorite kind of pizza and cake (to celebrate both my and Brian's aunt Pat's birthday). We then spent the night with Brian's mom and stepdad and had a nice breakfast with his mom the next morning before heading out to the coast (Monterey). |
